1) PCC (Power Control Center)
Main Incomer(s) with ACB/MCCB (fixed/draw-out), **bus couplers**, tie feeders; preventive arc design.
Busbars: ETP Cu/Al, **electrolytic grade**, epoxy sleeving/heat-shrink; temp-rise & short-circuit withstand accounted.
Metering: multi-function meters, demand logging, energy segregation; **PF, kW, kVAh** visibility.
Form-2/3/4 segregation, IP54/55 (indoor) or IP65 kiosks (outdoor) per site conditions.
2) MCC (Motor Control Center)
Feeder architecture: DOL/SD/Star-Delta, **VFD**/Soft-starter drawers, interlocks & mechanical keying.
Dedicated **cable alleys**, labeled terminals, marshalling; maintenance access & heat management.
OL/SC protection coordination with upstream MCCB/ACB; **Type-2 coordination** on request.
3) APFC / Hybrid PFC
kVAR sizing from load profile; **detuned reactors** (5.67%/7%/14%) to control harmonics.
Heavy-duty contactors/thyristor switching, chamber ventilation & thermal safety.
Hybrid solutions with **Active Filters** for THD control & PF improvement.
4) Synchronization / AMF-ATS
DG-DG / DG-Mains sync logic, dead-bus/live-bus, soft loading/unloading, breaker interlocks.
**AMF-ATS** with source health, time delays, load shedding, black start & safety permissives.
Event logs, alarms, communication to SCADA/PLC as required.
5) Feeder Pillars & Distribution Boards
Outdoor **IP65** kiosks, surge protection, gland plates & cable interface ergonomics.
DBs: SPN/TPN with MCB/MCCB/RCBO, **selective coordination**, clear circuit identification.
6) Relay/Metering & Automation
Protection: OCR/EF/SEF, earth-fault/inst/dir relays, thermal overload; CT/PT selection & burden check.
Automation: PLC/SCADA interfacing, I/O list, comms (Modbus/Profinet/Ethernet), panel HMI.

CRCA 1.6/2.0/2.5mm enclosures, 7–9 tank pre-treatment, powder coating 60–80µ.

Module-wise assembly with ITP checkpoints; torque values recorded & **paint-marked**.
GA, SLD, wiring diagrams, BoM, **as-built** and O&M packs as deliverables.
Routine Tests & QA (Indicative)
Factory routine/acceptance tests as per IS/IEC. Type tests (CPRI) can be provided where required/spec’d.
